I am a young researcher in Computer Science. I am actually Post-Doc researcher at Roskilde University for the Lost project under the supervision of Henning Christiansen. I defended my Ph.D. thesis in July 2008: "Using probabilistic choice constraint for statistical structural testing". I did this thesis at University of Rennes 1 as a member of the Lande project (now called Celtique) at IRISA-INRIA Rennes Lab. My supervisor was Arnaud Gotlieb and my thesis director was Thomas Jensen. My Ph.D. studies were granted by the project Genetta.

My topic of interests are:

• Software Testing: constraint-based testing, statistical testing
• Constraint Programming: CP under uncertainty, probabilistic choice constraint
• Probabilistic Modelling: Constrained Hidden Markov Model, Inference and Learning for CHMM
• Biologic Sequence Analysis: gene finding with (C)HMM
